Along with IEEE WIE, we are excited to be co-hosting a panel featuring STEM professionals with a wide range of industry experience. Each panelist will share their own professional journey as a STEM woman and how they overcame challenges to succeed in leadership positions, despite ongoing disparities faced in the workplace. We will be featuring a guest speaker, an HR specialist who will inform us on navigating current HI state pay landscapes.
